Building Muscle MassHave you ever tried building muscle mass yourself? Many people try their hardest and follow tips they have read or seen on TV but just cannot build up their muscles at all. It can be really frustrating when you work hard but don’t get any results.

But Don’t Worry; The Chimp Is Here To Help!

If you really want to increase your muscle mass and gain weight, the first thing you need to focus on is your nutrition. You can train all day everyday with weights but you seriously won’t get any results if you aren’t eating right. One of the best ways for gaining weight fast is to use weight gaining supplements in your daily nutrition.

Weight gaining supplements are an excellent way to get the right amount of carbs and protein into your body. They are especially useful if you are busy and don’t have the time to make the meals you would need. You simply eat your normal 3 meals a day but use the supplement immediately after you train. This is the best time for them to get to work and repair and build your muscles.

If you’re in the UK, then Maximuscle have an awesome weight gainer called Cyclone.

If you’re outside the UK, then Bodybuilding.com have a muscle builder called BSN NO-Xplode which is very popular indeed.

If you are building muscle mass, then you will keep your cardiovascular work down to once or twice a week. You will mainly be focussing on training – and training hard!

A typical training week would look like this:

Monday – Train your arms

Tuesday – Train your legs

Wednesday – High intensity cardio work

Thursday – Train your shoulders and chest

Friday – Train your back

Saturday – Rest

Sunday – Rest or cardio work.

So building muscle mass is easier as long as you train correctly and make sure you are getting enough carbohydrate and protein to build your muscles. Make sure you have the rest days as those are crucial to help your muscles grow.
