A lot of women and more men than we would care to admit, have trouble losing weight.
For most it centers around their waists, hips, thighs, and butt.
They reason if they could only lose an inch or so around their waists then they would be happy, but try as they might, they just can’t seem to lose weight for good, more often it comes back in spades, meaning they gain back more than they lost.

I realize that most people reading this do not want massive muscles; however I am sure they would not mind some muscle gain along with an increase in their overall fitness.
However, I feel that with all of the other forms of exercise that have popped up – things like Pilates, spinning classes, and all of those late night infomercial gadgets that are very popular – walking sometimes gets shoved aside.
The study found that it was heavy drinkers that would do the most exercise and those who didn’t drink wouldn’t exercise much at all. The studies conclusion was that people who drink alcohol do more vigorous forms of exercise.
