I know a lot of women are scared of lifting weights because they are afraid of becoming too bulky or too big. Or if they do lift—it is only with very small amounts of weight, done for high reps. Both of these ideas are wrong—and below I will give you three reasons why you should lift.

People Who Drink Alcohol Exercise More?

I just read an interesting article (see it here) that states that people who drink alcohol exercise more often than people who don’t drink at all. This was a government survey of adults in America and found that the more alcohol an adult has the more exercise they do.
